Never a complaint when it comes to jimmy john’s, eating is always fast and fresh

I placed an order for delivery at 12:30. I looked at 1 pm and saw it still hasnt been delivered. At 1:30 i called and was told that my order was taken by a driver just after 12:30. They dropped the order at the door but never rang the doorbell/ knocked nor called/texted me to let me know it was here.

I love Jimmy John's so much! I absolutely love the vibe, the humorous decor, the music of course the food.The sandwiches are always made fresh to order. I have never had a had sandwiche here. I also love the pickles cookie. The pickles can be sliced to your liking upon request so can the sandwiches.My favorite sandwiches to get is the number 9! And honestly they're big enough to share with a friend.The staff is always super friendly helpful.Wheelchair accessible public restrooms.

Sandwich was fine. My main issue was that not a single staff member was wearing a mask. It's a friggin pandemic!

Half the time they call back saying they're out of bread or a different item, the other half it gets delivered wrong... not worth your time or money. Even found out it was delivered to the wrong address a couple times, they admitted that it was, yet never bothered to call me and let me know!
