Redding Taqueria is not closed and has been in cottonwood for a few weeks now. The operators are absolutely terrific. Very kind and generous to their guests. My family had dinner there on Thursday afternoon and as we enjoyed our food in the parking lot the owner brought us the newest menu item, fish tacos, free of charge. I stopped by to check out the menu and found that the prices are sky high! $10 for a burrito is bullshit! I have found excellent burritos at other taco trucks or trailers like this one for under $6! read more.
