What User likes about The Ramblers Rest:
.Always good food at the Ramblers Rest. It had been a manic super hot bank holiday Monday lunch so the staff were a little frazzled and they missed a couple of things but all in all, as usual, a really nice meal. Kid friendly too. Good veggie dishes if needed and large menu variety.
What User doesn't like about The Ramblers Rest:
eating was not great to be honest. the pate came with very little crostini and salsa and the salat was ok, but the gurken stripes made it a little slim and the speck was not cooked by. So no, I wouldn't recommend being honest with what a candid is because it's a tasty pub with big staff and a beautiful environment. View all feedback.
First time back since it has been re done and looks great!
We enjoyed our time at the Ramblers Rest. Lovely old building. The food was good value, but the tempura mushrooms were very oily. Service was friendly.
