I entered the restaurant and joined the line to order a sandwich. While I was waiting, more people joined the line, and then the woman making the sandwiches suddenly declared that she was finished for the day. She looked at all of us and announced that they were closed. This happened at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. View all feedback.
I found a hair in my sandwich. I stopped by during my 30-minute lunch break, and there was another customer in front of me waiting. I had to ring the doorbell because no one came to help. When my sandwich arrived, it was surprisingly bland, and I discovered a hair in it, but I couldn't tell if it was from a face or an arm. The total was over $17, and I handed over $18 without receiving any change. I had already spent 15 minutes there and since I work nearby, I had to leave. I definitely won't be returning, especially considering how dirty everything was.
I went in to grab a sandwich and waited in line. As I was waiting, about five more people joined the line, which seemed to frustrate the lady making the sandwiches. She then announced, "I'm done," looked at all of us, and said, "We're closed." This happened at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon.
Christina was incredibly friendly and helpful, even though she was all alone assisting a rather large group.

I love Metro! It’s hands down the best fast food place around!
