Hugo and his wife Rose could not be nicer and more professional! Definitely stop by their food truck across from the Sinclair gas station if you are driving through town. Their tacos and burritos are authentic and delicious. Salsa is amazing! View all feedback.

If you’re ever driving through Council, I highly recommend you stop and get one of their delicious burritos!!!

I’m a truck driver from Texas and me and my girl eat tacos all over the U.S. and wow these are the best tacos!!! Thanks Hugo! We will be back!!
