Contribute Feedback What Pete Owen likes about Costa Coffee:
Relatively small (like the motorway services) so can get quite busy at peak times and at least some of the seating seems to be shared with customers of the tiny McDonaldʼs. Pleasant outdoor seating area which gets the sun from late morning onwards. Standard Costa menu, so no great surprises — and, alas, no scones!! Friendly staff and quick service. View all feedback.
What Juegip doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
Met my friend for a catch up over Christmas in the Bowburn Durham store. Bought drinks and food but as it wasn’t busy, we stayed for extra drinks. Just been hit with a £100 fine for staying over the two hour limit. Expensive catch up! What a con won’t be back! View all feedback.
I made my drink wrong, accused me, not offered to correct it. Grumpy employees.
Can not praise the staff of this services costa enough. so on the ball with everything, serve, fulfillment orders, cleansing tables, sweeping the floor, all areas amazing. the cleanest, best run costa we have ever visited, we are glowing Costa fans, well made on this team, brilliant
Quick flat white cherry almond slice. Coffee good, slice ordinary (par for the course)
These ankles belong to a lady who drinks coffee. they drink it every day. Today she drank coffee from here and her ankle turned brown during the day after she had the coffee drunk. I'm not sure you're hanging together, but it doesn't make her wonder.
Parked here with my disabled mother in law. Realised that we had forgotten to bring her blue badge but given that we were only stopping for a short period (weather terrible) parked in the disabled area in the hope that we could explain to any member of staff that she had a badge. One of the members of staff saw the car and promptly contacted a parking enforcement officer without even discussing our reason for parking in the bay. When the parking attendant turned up I walked out to discuss the reason for parking without her card and she challenged me to get in the car and drive off. Almost as if that was what she wanted. I discussed the situation but it fell on deaf ears. A lesson learnt on my part. That said disappointed that a member of the Costa staff would have reported this without discussing the circumstances with us first.
