What 393grahamg likes about Town Hall:
Paid less than £13 for a Groupon afternoon tea voucher at Seaham Town Hall. We booked in for 4pm but arrived several hours early and was served. Sandwiches and cakes were lovely. Only criticism was we weren't asked if we required refill on our pot of tea. Would visit again if in the area. View all feedback.

Unfortunately afternoon tea was a let down , we paid £12.95 via a groupon deal. Although this doesn't sound a lot its about standard for afternoon tea for too. We went on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only ones there , the sandwiches were terrible unfortunately and I blame this on being made the day before , there was only one member of staff and she can only do so much so I presume the prep work has been done t...
