"The reception is hot; The joy of the barley of sandblast is communicative: we look forward to sharing what his companion, and starred chief, florist favario, has concocted us. Indeed, no choice, no card: the menu is made according to the seasonal products, and sometimes modified each week at the option of arrivals. this strategy is explained by the eco-citizen policy, including zero packaging and zero waste, and recycling. Creativity is a passion that has never ceased to surprise us from the beginning to the end of the meal: the dishes made of olive wood made by a local cabinetmaker, the modern and warm decoration of the chalet, the presentation not to the plate but to share, the use of magnificent snails, white asparagus, bear garlic, celery. the gourmet flavors of a cuisine with accents of the terroir....The people of the service intervene in a benevolent and effective way. I can't. the accompaniment meets and the wines succeed perfectly. blind discovery is a beautiful playful experience that leads to the discovery of excellent producers and wine. We came out of this beautiful establishment, after the pass from the chef to the table, full of emotions, as to a show. Bravo to the whole Montmin inn team!"

"Unfortunately the restaurant has not fulfilled the expectations. the atmosphere was stiff with some young and quite absent waiters. eating that tends to respect local producers was right, but not to give them the feeling “I want to come back”. the appetizer itself boiled and muddy (endives with Beaufort cheese). no postorder or declaration on the menu and products, no instructions for the wine list."
