Four gals went for Tulio's Monday Afternoon Tea May 1st. As this was my first time for tea I was impressed beautiful china throughout never was my tea cup empty.The scone with strawberries and cream started us off followed by sandwiches then some very decadent treats. We had heard mixed informal reviews from people who had eaten at Tulios but decided to give the place a try. It is conveniently located along Cliffe Ave, and easy to find, with good nearby parking.Unfortunately, although we were almost the only people in the restaurant, the service was slow and the food, when it finally came, was scarcely worth the wait.
