I 've been craving chicken wings and haven 't had them in a long time. I ordered the 'hot ' wings and some blue cheese dressing. The wings were VERY large, which I love. However, they were not very crispy and I 'd really call them mild, rather than hot. They let me order ahead and they timed it perfectly. My food was nice and hot when I arrived. Good bar food. Fries are nice n crispy. Large portions.
Been there 2 times. We sat at the bar for over 5 min both times while the manager was just talking. We left the 2nd time and went to the sister restaurant CJ's 7 min down the road to Davis Junction. What a huge difference in food, service, atmosphere. Thought we found a new favorite place at The Filling Station, but oh well, CJ's it is. Loved the looks of the bar, food was not done as requested, perfect at CJ's
Always good food and great service. BEST coleslaw around!!!
