Love the frozen hot chocolate and donuts. Wish they didn't just place them in a bag all together with no Parchment paper or anything between them. Kinda messy and gets all over at times. Good though!! View all feedback.

I wish I could leave no star for the awful service and waiting times at this establishment!! Fist off it took 20 minutes to get to the counter with only 4 people ahead of me second I ordered iced vanilla coffee and received iced black coffee waiting another 15 minutes received my food the threw the cold hashbrowns in the bag without sleeves on them when I ask about it they handed me the sleeves to pit on myself once... Love stopping at Tim Hortons on my way to work! However the quality of their English muffin sandwiches and tim bits have gone down in the past couple months.
This has to be the slowest Drive thru no matter what time of day I go. I will stop going here. Go to a different location
