The customer service at this particular Dairy Queen has declined. I usually love the food, but every single time I've came here in the past few months I have had less than a great experience; being charged for items I did not order, not receiving all myitems, recieving items I did not order, and now a cold burger has driven me to write a review. The employees are very nonchalantand lack basic customer service skills.... View all feedback.
Our local DQ returned toos BUT the cheese sauce is different. Not the original. Would have been better. Love the cherry star kisses!!!
Service was friendly and fast. The bathrooms were clean. Apparently they turn off their ice machine from 2-4 o'clock. Very strange.
