"Best pizza in leamington. great website. excellent value for the high quality pizzas they receive. the ice cream they sell is also incredible! we ordered 10 pizzas for a party, divided into two orders of 5 hours apart, all arrived on time, and we were kept up-to-date with texts and the handy online tracking system. the Christmas spizze shall die! love birtellis!"

"We waited over 40 minutes for Sunday roast. 2 beef and I chicken meal. 2 small slices of beef on the standard meal, frozen roast potatoes, frozen veg, frozen Yorkshire pudding and what can only be described as packet mash that was horrendously dry. The worse part was the frozen chicken portion that resembled an anemic looking lump of jelly. The middle of the chicken was still frozen. The response from the staff was 'oh sorry, here 's your money back for the chicken dinner. As I refused for them to reheat this in the microwave and and bring it back. This place has gone downhill and we won 't be returning."

"Was a Friday evening family night out, with a few fussy eaters! Such a lovely place and everyone was so impressed by the standard of food and wine! Mark was so knowledgable, friendly and funny! The food was incredible! All the ingredients complimented eachother and...the wines suited all the courses so well! Will definitely be back, it’s easy to see why it’s such a popular place!"

"Book a reserved area and buffet for a baby shower. The staff was so courteous, friendly, warm and welcoming. They went beyond and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied! I can't recommend it enough. The food was unbelievable and they even went out to buy the kids fruit shooting! I have never experienced anything like this and will definitely use it in the future. They treated us like family!"
