Employee handed me a soda that was clearly not closed properly and when I reached to grab it exploded in my car the employee didn’t apologize or even knowledge it. I understand mistakes happen but to not complete a small task such as closing a lid on a soda cup or not even apologize is unacceptable and unforgivable.
