I dined at the restaurant twice and both experiences were superb. The carne asada was delicious, but the steak presidente was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about El Presidente:
I discovered a hair in my food at this restaurant. When I informed the server, she claimed it looked like it belonged to a white person, but there were no white employees at the establishment. I found this response to be very rude. I wasn't seeking complimentary food, I simply only had a few bites before discovering the hair. View all feedback.
Service was terrible and they automatically add gratuity to your bill no matter the number of guest. Will NOT be back.
Tomatos and oranges with a fajita ?!?!?!?!? No lime and red peppers huh? Cheese sauce was good but super rude and slow service canceled it out, chicken was also under seasoned. Don’t sell yourself short by coming here. What are we tipping for
Service was great. The food was quick and good. The salsa sucked though. The only real complaint I would say about this place is that The womens bathroom was really nasty.
Great fresh food and a great price. Service was excellent. Sunday buffet is the best.
They gave me my food wrong .. also gave my cousin the wrong order with only 2 tortillas .. TERRIBLE SERVICE.. rude !!
