I have eaten at Rafael's in Hixson for years and have always been pleased with the quality of the food and the value.  The House Special personal pizza and the Italian Cheese Steak sandwiches are generally what I order and have yet to be disappointed.  The fries are not the greatest, but that's not enough to make me stay away. read more.
