I think the GM of this store is a very unhappy and rude person. She has a severe attitude problem and needs to treat people better she’s always very negative and always has a very unhappy look on her face even when we are complimenting her employees. if they are the franchise owner pay attention- they need more employees in the late night. covington is busy late at night at the weekend and keep 2-3 workers means that everyone who wants to order food has to wait 20-30 minutes just to get to the menu.
