.must confess, we ate at the now defunct Valentine's in Knowlton...and the experience was somewhat less than "favourably memorable". The burger was---more or less---a tasteless cardboard patty apologetically soaked in meat drippings and cooked to a death-watch grey, and the fires weren't much better.We visited ONCE, and never went back...(obviously, the above date is incorrect).
