Latin American - Cowpens

What Josh H likes about Latin American:
Two buddies and I pull up to this restaurant, excited for Latin American food because I was wanting to eat yummy food and didn't want anything too crazy .. sad to find out they do not serve Latin American food anymore. What User doesn't like about Latin American:
this place has gone downhill since I was last here. Previously, an older white lady worked here. the tables and the floor used for cleaning. she would have her order on her place and even a smile. I ordered coffee with my breakfast and was told that I had to get it from the convenience store. I ordered over simple eggs and fried hard.
