What James Smith doesn't like about The Munch Box:
Very slow service, stood around for 15 minutes being ignored until the lady mumbled something about telephone orders.. Upon asking how long it is liable to take I was informed it would be another 20 minutes! Absurd wait to and poor service not to be informed earlier of the tremendous wait! View all feedback.
