This is a restaurant a little bit hidden from the main avenues. It is close to Calzada Universidad. Has valet parking service. Nice place, half inside and half in the patio, really nice cozy patio. It is perfect for a romantic dinner. I tried the “Chile Poblano en hojaldre” but the artichoke dip was awesome. They have “Chiles en Nogada” and great desserts. I recommend it. Five stars. What AVegaBloch doesn't like about La Pause:
Had lunch there with friends last weekend. Patio is nice and very quaint, excelent for after dinner talk. Service unfortunately not up to par, same for the lasagna I ordered. View all feedback.
Such a shame that this place has a great ambiance, yet poor food and terrible coffee. Confused wait staff and very expensive.

A very good option to have brunch during a visit to Coyoacan. Very close to the market, Frida Kahlo's house and main square of Coyocan. Delicious foord (Omellete the huitlacoche) and good service.
My gf and I visited one morning before hitting the market. This place has 2 very charming courtyards and the service was great. Good cappuccino and perfectly sized breakfast to start the day!
