Mind you , that as someone that grew up in Mexico City, though I have been gone for a long time, I did not realize that a quesadilla is more of the folded tortilla and you actually have to ask for queso (cheese) to be added if that is what you were expecting to have. Try the chorizo and cheese one (if your stomach can handle chorizo). Sooooo gooood! View all feedback.
We stopped by the market in Coyoacan after walking the town and Frida's Museum... our guide suggested what appears a modest, simple, unadorned quesadilla stand...
