"Totally delicious breakfast. 550 pesos for three. Really high quality. Best was the berry bowl. The avocado toast with multigrain was awesome. Eggs were also delicious. Service fast and friendly. Great stop. Cappuccino and iced spiced coffee very good. Frappe was ok maybe skip and get something else. Not much coffee flavor."

"We always enjoy Kondessa! It was a rainy night so we were able to sit under the palapa near the bar. Had a tamarind margarita…always delicious! The fish was tasty. We ordered some little corncob appetizer which was so interesting and tasty! Remmy was our waiter and took good care of us!! We’ll definitely go back!!"

"When in Cozumel, eat here for authentic Lebanese flavours with a Mexican twist. All made in house, the labna, baba ghanoush, and hommous appetizer was delicious which we followed with tacos de res, and tacos de cerdo, accompanied by sauces that blend the Mexican and Lebanese cultures wonderfully. The dessert was a crispy flavourful baclava, and Arabian coffee, a fitting end to a great meal."
