We spend our day at Uvas 10/17 with the fam (15 people) and had a great time. This is a nice place for snorkeling, I took one of the free snorkeling trips with Eliud (tour guide) and he was awesome! he even takes pics and videos of you snorkeling. What Debbie D doesn't like about Uvas Restaurant by Chef La Perlita:
We tried this restaurant one afternoon as it was only two doors down from the house we were renting. The drinks were OK, food only OK and the service was also only OK. There are much better places in Coz to go although the beach setting can't be beat. We just happened to be there when there was a large group (perhaps a wedding party) and they were rather rowdy. Muy exquisito... loved every dish we ordered. We ordered chicken and beef tacos, fried calamari, shrimp ceviche and a Mexican dinner platter which had a samplin...

"This restaurant was a great surprise to find here in tulum. the jerk is to die, serious: juicy chicken cooked in the perfect amount of an amazing mix of seasoned. all sides were also delicious. the personal was incredibly friendly...and the prices, although the restaurant is on the main strip, were very inexpensive. many thanks to ferron for a great eating!"
