This is the second time I have ordered a salad via rapid pickup online. Both times they haven't included a fork, am I supposed to use my hands? Not a terrible experience, but other locations usually include a fork. Seeing as it is a salad after all. View all feedback.

Had delivered. Bread not wrapped up and thrown in bag loosely. French onion soup was not good, no taste and barely any cheese. Sandwich was thrown together any sort of way. View all feedback.
