Our family of four enjoyed another wonderfiul dinning experience at Cuisine. We enjoyed the perect three couse meal accompanied by well priced wine. The staff were friendly and looked after every request. The views over the lake rounded of the perfect evening as we walked off the meal ( a little!) on the way back to our appartment. This restaraunt has a lovely view of the lake, and is very warm in winter. There menu is $$$$ But that's what we have come to expect when in the snow region. Both our meals were full of flavour, but the cheese plater was very un-impressive. My husband had the Saltbush lamb back strap, and I had a entree of quail and pickles.
