This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are... View all feedback.
What 1326jeep doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
After solving the maze of how to go through the drive thru, we arrived at a tiny booth with an employee in it to take our order only to find the menu board about 40 feet beyond the booth. Since we couldn't see the menu and are not frequent customer's the polite employee gave us a menu on laminated paper. Placed our order and pulled thru to merge with other lanes. We were handed our food in a reasonable amount of time... View all feedback.
Food is always so good. And even though they forgot my BBQ sauce, the chicken was so good I didn't need it. Not too many places (if any) I can say that about.

Always great service food. Very friendly helpful staff, especially Rebecah at the register! I was having trouble with my phone app and she took the time to assist me. How refreshing to see a nice young person who was willing to help a senior citizen who is not tech savvy! Super busy location, nice to see.
Screwed my order up last 2 times I was there, 2nd time the sandwich wasn't even edible.
My mom was up to visit and lives Chick-fil-A. We had a day of shopping planned so we went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. This was my first time in one of their drive-thrus and it looked rather lengthy and I was thinking maybe I made a mistake not just walking it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the lines went!I didn't know the 2 lanes merged into one after ordering. So that was a bit confusing. And the guy to the right of me was mad bc I was inching forward. Not sure how I was supposed to know that he was supposed to go ahead of me. For all I knew it was an inbound at the Squirrel Hill tunnel type situation.Overall pleased with our visit.
