What User likes about Starbucks:
I have only been to starbucks a handful of times, I had a gift card given to me so I went. My beverage was very good, but once I ordered and paid I was confused as after I paid she said goodbye to me, I soon figured out there was a pick up counter to go and get it, that might seem silly as I am sure most people are well versed in the ways of starbucks but if you are not (like me) the sizes and pick up can be a little... What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The place is very clean, spacious and attractive, but you can count on at least five orders going out the drivethru window for each one served inside. The worst part is that the staff simply ignore the growing indoor queue without as much as apologizing or thanking for the wait. The manager deserves to get thrown out the door for allowing this ridiculous policy to continue. View all feedback.
