I'm a chicken parm kinda guy. I try chicken parm everywhere I go. I was sent to New Jersey for military stuff and stayed at the hotel next to Chef Jason. I figured I would try it and glad I did! This is one of our favorite local restaurants. We didn't have our usual server this time. Meals were great as usual. Ihad the boom boom chicken, which never dissapoints. When it came time for dessert, we were told there was no tiramasu, so we opted for the bread pudding with caramel sauce.
