What pamrob likes about Cabane De La Tieche:
After the walk up from Colombire, following the Bisse du Tsittoretit it was worth the last 8 minute fairly steep climb to arrive at the lovely chalet restaurant. Owner greeted us with a free glass of cool wine. The salads and plateau Valasiane (meats and cheese) all local and delicious. Definitely will come back with other visitors. View all feedback.

What karisperotti doesn't like about Cabane De La Tieche:
Prices are not shown anywhere. The owner is very pushy and pretends to offer you a glass of wine and cold cuts platter which you will be charged anyways if ordered twice. No receipt only cash payments, total expense is written on a sketchy piece of paper. The food does not seem fresh, simply taken out of the freezer and heated up. Sadly it is the only option on the route. View all feedback.

Lovely place with some nice mountain food! You can also come here for a nice dinner at night or a fondue.

"The odor of zigarettes was shown by our meal. the food was average. we ordered the pizza and pesto pasta. the food was well presented, but the taste was nothing special. we did not go back to this restaurant."

"Excellent service: humorous, courteous, attentive and not intrusively beautiful ambiente: look at the lago maggiore with the brissago inseln excellent Essenveganer randenburger with pommes frites: tastes deceptively real after meat. we had to reassure ourselves that it really is a sweetpatty nothing for people who do not like meat taste. the pommes were good but not stunning.Burrata with cherrytomates: creamy fine burrata with fresh cherrytomates, which could be a bit sweeter but overall fit well with the mild burrata.Tortelloni with feta and mint filling of nut butter sauce: the portion was huge. the filling was very delicious. slightly sweet yet fresh and creamy. I'm not sure they were homemade. but very tasty overall."
