Nice quiet and cosy ambience in the Top Bar (three tables of about 14 covers so nice and intimate). For lunch, we had salmon wrapped in prosciutto, black forest cheesecake and whisky creme brulee for pudding. The salmon was rich but well mated with the prosciutto and came with a celeriac cake that was well-flavoured and the stand out on the plate.
