"We came across this by accident when visiting Gargrave and are so please we did. The food was excellent, very tasty without being too overpowering. We sat outside as we had the dog with us (they don't accept dogs inside which is totally understandable but it was a lovely warm evening anyway so that was not a problem at all. The staff were very friendly and the food arrived quickly and was really hot (temperature hot not spicy hot! . The portion sizes were very good, we even took some home with us as there was far too much to eat in one go. Excellent value for money. We would highly recommend this restaurant and, when next in the area, we will not hesitate to visit here again."

"My family and I were here during our holiday for Sunday lunch. The food the atmosphere and the staff were all amazing. Was an outstanding experience with fantastic food highly recommend especially for a Sunday Lunch. UPDATE: We went back for a second time during our holiday week and it was just as fantastic and amazing food as the first visit. The owner/bartender recognised us and all staff were friendly and fantastic. Rooms: 5"
