We asked at the Tourist Information office in Creston for good places to eat, and they suggested The Black Salt Cafe. We were very impressed with the food. I ordered the salmon wrap, and my husband ordered the bratwurst and sourkraute (sic?) sandwich. . What a great little lunch on the funky little patio we had. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the Kootenays. View all feedback.

Stood at the door for 15 mins with no acknowledgement from servers, yea you're busy, let us know that it will be a minute. Instead both servers pretend we aren't standing at the door, don't even say a word to us. Brutal!!!! View all feedback.
