I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff were excellent. It was conveniently located so I drove my truck there. By luck, a coworker was on break and informed me that the Spanish restaurant was closed. Due to driving an oversized vehicle, they were accommodating. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I drove through the drive-thru and the guy working there was extremely rude when we asked about the ingredients in the top tacos. It's unacceptable to act that way just because we asked a simple question about the menu. View all feedback.
People were nice and the food was good. Woefully under staffed so the wait was long. However, they were open and doing the best they could with a limited team.
I love taco bell, but this one was dirty. kids standing around on their phones. out of several things.
Was told that my order was being made, got there and they didn’t even start it, only 2 people working and they weren’t even clocked in. Got our food and they forgot some of it.
By far the worst experience that I've ever had with taco bell. I worked for taco bell for 6 years. All the trash in the lobby was over flowing. Nothing was stocked. They refused to open a register at the front bc they were short staffed. Which is understandable but to be rude to a customer about it, is not. A lady came in and said she was not sure how to use a kiosk. Instead of trying to walk the customer through it. One of the team members said that you can only order from the kiosk. They lady said she only had cash and did not understand how to order from it. Again the team member said they cannot help that if she would like to ring up her order on the kiosk. Then they could take her cash payment at the register. The last left and I do not blame her. As we were waiting for our food. I watched one of the team members reach into our bag and eat a french fry out of it. Then continue to make the rest of the order. I refused to eat the fries and asked for fresh ones. They treated me as if I was being unreasonable. Only replaced one of our fries.. I'm not sure why they thought only one would need replaced. I then asked for straws. They fought over who was going to stock them. I asked for sauce and was told someone was going to come out and stock them. They never came out. The team members were too busy talking instead of taking care of the store or their customers. My sister ordered chicken chalupas. The same team member that was eating out of our bag. He was not reading the screen and added chicken to her beef chalupa. The manager was the only one that was nice. The rest were very rude and the manager should have corrected them. It was hard to clean up after ourselves but we did. Since the trash was do full. The bathrooms were dirty as well. Our visit was at 5pm and the team members were complaining that things were not done bc of night shift... At that point of the day.. it has nothing to do with the nighy shift. Hopefully they are able see what was wrong with their service and fix it for the future of that newer store.
Potatoes shouldn't be teeth breaking hard.I was happy the taco seemed fresh.
