We almost flew past this place as it is a small place, but I'm so glad we stopped for lunch. My husband had the brisket plate (9 ounces with two sides and I had the pulled chicken with mango habanero sauce. Delicious! Brisket tasted old and was a poor quality cut of meat. Extremely fatty. Moreso than brisket normally is. Sandwich was hot but couldn't get passed the 3 day old warned over beef taste. The jerk nor Carolina sauces helped. Needless to say, I ate the chips and the bun and left the brisket in the tray. Wasn't impressed with anything other than their sauces. read more.
