Apologies for all the emails. I was satisfied with the restaurant before, but now I feel disappointed. I won't pay extra just to see a kebab when I have a contract with them. The service I received was terrible, and I felt disgusted by it. Ordered and paid for 3 items but only received 2 without any reason why?
This is one of the better Costa coffees with good service,very good food .Nice and bright with good seats inside, unlike some Costa coffee shops that are very gloomy once inside

I had a delightful experience at Costa, thanks to Luke's exceptional service. The hot chocolate shake he prepared was simply amazing, rich and satisfying. Luke's attention to detail and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Highly recommend his service!
