Popped in for a coffee hot chocolate with my daughter. Spoke to 3 of the staff all were lovely and seemed genuinely caring even at 4.30pm on a wet Thursday in Half Term! Great service. Thank you! Carrot cake lovely too. View all feedback.

What Arnar123 doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have always felt that a trip to Starbucks was a treat but at this place in Crawley it was more of a sadness. I went there twice and in both cases the staff couldn´t handle the pressure of a few customers as my ice coffee drink was in both cases forgotten and I had to remind the staff both times. The quality of the pastry i felt had slighted a bit since post Covid but perhaps it was just that moment. View all feedback.
