The Mas d’Hélène is very recommended for the very beautiful room and for the evening meal, home foie gras with the Beaume Muscat of Venice, accompanied by a Rasteau and the shoulder of slow lamb, accompanied by a mango at Mont Ventoux and a brown pineapple with dessert.
