I've eaten at various Ricky' locations across the country and I don't generally make a point to patronize chains when I have the chance to eat from a smaller locally owned/operated establishment. What User doesn't like about Ricky's All Day Grill:
Waited 1.5 hours for mediocre heat lamp baked meals. This was after multiple requests on meal status to waitress. The restaurant was not busy and other patrons were served ahead. We saw meals under lamp. Multiple items also not available on menu. Milk we thought was a staple for kids but they had run out.
