Desert Sage is a gem of a spot in Crestone, especially if you're looking for something a little different from the more American style offerings in town. While they have burgers, we were told to go for the stir fries or curry and are definitely glad we did. Right now they're only doing takeout which was fine for us! Tasty chicken breast burger... only bummer was the burgers don't come with a side of any kind.

"The coconut tomato soup was very delicious, other than that I wasn’t overly impressed with the vegetarian options. There is a back bean burger and Jack fruit tacos and BBQ. I just think Jack fruit isn’t very good and tofu, mushroom or black bean tacos would be much better. Not sure I’d go back for vegetarian dishes.Food: 4/5"
