"Arrived to pick up our order on Friday and they did not have it ready. The man was very rude and claimed we never even placed the order. After a couple of minutes he actually found our order but instead of putting it down for Friday they put it down for Tuesday. Prior to that we had to even prove on our phone that we actually did call Highway bakery because he just would not believe us. So they wrote down the wrong date but refused to admit that they did. He said he would support his employee rather than the customer and said that we were not telling the truth. I am totally done with Highway bakery. We left there and went down to Pearson's who were wonderful and gave us just what we want it"

"My family and I (all 6 of us) visited Simply Slices for the first time recently and had a great experience. Their pizza slices were reasonably priced and rather tasty. They were served quickly and warm and we ate in their seating area which was clean andinviting. There's a drive-through as well and while we are we saw many cars making use of it. Before we left we ordered flavoredice and slushies, which we all enjoyed. One bit of warning: the building is difficult to find. Even knowing the address westill didn't see them at first because it's a ways back off the road, so keep that in mind when going."

"We had a birthday party here on Halloween in their v.i.p suite. I was overall pleased. This same year, I had a birthday party at gizmos and jak's warehouse and I found this place's accommodations best. They were 90% pleasurable to work with. In comparison to this type of party/outing, their prices were fair. I paid $650 on Sunday for 11 elite guest passes, 3 pizzas, 2 pitchers of pop 1 pitcher of water, in VIP room from 2pm-6:30pm. They provided decorations and they decorated for us! ??? This was perfect because while we planned to arrive early we arrived on time which I felt was late because guests were present. Thanks Hollywood Park! The package was from 2 to 4 but they allowed us to have the room to 6:30 as a courtesy at no additional charge. The price actually came out to $600 but we had to tip our host who was just a delight. The room was perfect, we had access to 2 tvs which allowed the men to watch Sundays football games and nickelodeon on the other for the kids. It was best for us to have that special room because our party was on a busy night for them, Halloween, and they were packed but we had Privacy during our celebration. Everything went great except for 1 thing and my least favorite part of in the game; some of our cards didn't work at attractions and games. After we paid our host was gone and no longer available to assist with our issues. Their point system is confusing and not transparent. It's hard to understand the translation of money (usd) to their points compared to similar places. 2 of their outdoor attractions weren't open also even though weather permitted. But still, I'd recommend this location in a heartbeat."

"I never give reviews I usually just take the L and move on but this time I felt like I had to make it known. I?m very verrrry disappointed in my meal tonight. I ordered fettuccine chicken Alfredo there was absolutely no flavor what so ever!! It was sobland where?s the spices?! Not even a drop of salt? I?m so bummed right now. However, I did experience nice customer service.The woman on the phone was cool."

"It's a nice neighborhood place to take the kids for a quick ice cream but I will say every time we get a cone the ice cream is already melting when they hand it to you which is kind of a pain. It's the only place that it happens like this"

"Prices in general are average. Sides are a bit small for the price. The Good: Pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Sweets and Apples was very tasty. The Bad: Brisket was overdone, dry, and lacked flavor. Mac Cheese was extremely bland."
