I think the universe and the stars have aligned for you to discover this paradise! It just started to rain and I thought about making a stop on the way. My idea is to do the ValdeZafan Greenway and I have started at km 0 La Puebla de Hijar. The very friendly owners have attended me and have offered me the food that they have cooked for another group of people. Some delicious chickpeas and some meatballs with vegetables. The price is super good, €10. The hostel, together with the bar, has recently been renovated and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. A place to be in peace and without the noise of big cities. Very good place to have refreshments on the way to the Greenway. The site is super well rehabilitated and the service is excellent. You can also stay at the hostel. We will be back!
