McDonald's - Créteil

As the title says, it is scandalous. The staff is really incompetent. Indeed, we ordered our menu with my friends and we waited at our table since there is now the table service. However, the waitress very head in the air first hit my friend’s drink, it was of course an accident and I can understand, it can happen to everyone. But this employee did not even apologize for his dizzy. Then she brings the other trays back, but she forgot the ice knowing we didn’t say we wanted them later. But, well, I’ve “It’s okay, it’s got to be overwhelmed,” so I’m interfering with her to bring back the ice she probably forgot. She grabs my cash ticket and we wait. But time passes. 10min, 15min. It was too much for me. So I went to the counter to find out where my ice cream went. And I see them half-witted with my cash ticket next door. I draw her attention so that she can serve my ice cream. But instead of making me a fresh sundae she wanted to give me the sundaes she had prepared before and half melted. I kindly ask her to change the ice since they almost melted and she allows herself to sigh as if I cut her feet while she is unable to do her work properly. She even forgot to put towels in my tray I had to add another member of the team. I can understand that working at McDonald’s can be exhausting, and that contact with customers is not always easy, however I was very respectful with her despite her dizziness and I have the right to receive a minimum of respect and receive a quality service as I pay. Of course, all McDonald’s employees are not like this, but I still wanted to share with you this very exasperating experience.

Very bad experience. After 35 minutes of waiting without receiving my order, a manager who comes to address me without respect and allows me to insult and who follows me in the mall to attack me and a staff who ignores you
