"We made a special trip up for my son’s birthday and planned our whole day around having lunch here. I even messaged them the day before to double check they’d be doing food (to which they replied, “yes serving lunch from 12pm” . We arrived shortly after 1pm to be told there was no food this lunchtime as they had a private function on!! To say we were disappointed was an understatement. It put a downer on our day, made us rearrange our plans last minute and we had the inconvenience of then having to drive around looking for somewhere else to have a very late lunch with 3 hungry children in tow! It would of been understandable if we had just turned up but the fact I’d messaged the day before and been told they would be doing food, surely they knew they had a function on???!!"

"I ordered ribs and a rice box with Pork Belly, only to be given very small ribs, ones that were burnt and mostly cartilage £8.50 for the ribs was very steep for the quality of them. The rice box wasn’t much better, salad leaves that were soggy and wet, mixed with white rice and a couple of pieces of Pork Belly that wasn’t even crispy and was also burned. Disappointed to say the least, especially at £9.10 Service: Take out"
