I had some issues and I needed to speak with someone in charge at McGills. Lorraine was the “Key” (I believe a supervisor) and she was so rude. She was apparently too busy laughing it up with other male employees and didn’t have the time to speak with me. She actually sighed when I asked her for assistance.
