Tables were filthy. Washed by me.No gloves used to touch frozen fries in tub. Waiting time was 30 minutes. Didn't get a receipt even after asking for one.Worst...

"There was a warm welcoming and the atmosphere was special as the Fisherman’s Wharf was in full view from our window seating…the low key environment made for a relaxing dinner meal..the mushroom soup was very tasty and the hamburger and fries was of freshness and quality.. my wife’s seafood linguini was quite tasty and a generous portion..no photos..after the meal we walked along the very beautiful viewing wildlife and the sunset along Cowichan Bay"

"Amazing lunch at Sushi Wara, as always! This was our favourite place to grab a bento box for lunch once a week when we lived here and once again today it was awesome. "This is a small restaurant in the Duncan Ramada Inn located on the main highway through Duncan. It can be intimidating to get to in heavy traffic but it is worth it. The Old Fork has the same head chef for a number of years. The food is consistently good and priced right. The staff are always friendly and happy to make reasonable substitutes on meals. They have a breakfast special that is a genuine bargain and served until mid afternoon. You may find some out of the ordinary dishes that will delight you."

"A small venue but great Fish and Chips. The batter is crisp and tasty. IMHO the best Fish and Chips between Nanaimo and Victoria. They are part of a chain, all I have tried are good."
