Very helpful. As soon as I asked about the gluten-free wrap, the lady asked if I was a celiac. Once I noticed that she immediately changed her gloves and made someone else to serve while she got my packaging and went to make it with all the fresh ingredients and in a separate room to avoid cross-contamination.
