Service today was not at their usual best. Waited a duration for meal, then another long wait for coffees which when it eventually came was wrong! No apology, then tries to charge for 3 coffees instead of two! I'd understand if they were busy, but it wasn't and there was plenty of staff! Will try one of the other garden centres in future. read more.
