First time ever having Chic-fil-A and it definitely stood up to its great reputation. The food was great and the service was wonderful. Luany was kind, helpful, and efficient in aiding us with choosing menu items. What's the point of a mobile order if we have to go approve it in store and wait for it to be prepared when yall take too long? You're in backbay where the parking situation is beyond limited and on top of that you have a sign that says double parking isn't allowed but make ppl wait too long for their order.
