What BILL Dougherty likes about Dot Cafe:
No frills breakfast joint, but it 's tasty and cheap. A basic breakfast (eggs bacon homefries toast) was $8. The decor is forlorn, obviously shabby supposedly, the resto will be renovated in 2023.
